Disneyland Day 3 - The Princess Fantasy Faire

My plan for today was really just to do the things we still hadn't done,  and do our favourite things again.   We were getting so hot in Toontown, so we decided to walk towards the entrance and hope that the boys arrived soon, we met them at the gate, they had LOVED Nemo, Hunter was so excited he got to ride in a submarine and was telling us all about the ride.  I had gotten a text from Lisa that they were heading to the Princess Fantasy Faire, so we decided to go there and meet them, lucky for us, it was right next to Toontown.

We hadn't been in the line very long when they joined us.  Craig and Bryan decided to run off and ride Space Mountain, while we waited with the 6 kids in the queue.  I should mention, it was very slow moving and HOT!

It wasn't long before the men came back after their ride, and we had barely moved, so we handed over the babies and Hunter and they left again to go on Buzz.  I think we waited 45 minutes to an hour, and finally it was our turn to meet the princesses.

Kenzie was really hoping for Snow White, since she didn't get to meet her at the lunch.  The first princess was Belle.  Just as they were saying hello to her, Aurora arrived telling Belle that the Beast was looking for her.  She leaned down and whispered a secret in Mackenzie's ear.

Mackenzie promised to keep the secret.

Then the girls took their picture with Belle before she left.

They  got to chat with Aurora and take a picture with her.

Up next was Princess Minnie! You didn't know Minnie was a princess did you?  Me either! But  apparently she is.  The girls were very excited to see Minnie and told her how they liked her dress, and her shoes.  This made her very happy, and she especially like serenity's mouse- ears tiara.

Jasmine was the last princess that the girls got to see. She was wonderful.

Mackenzie told her how much she liked her lovely hair.  Jasmine told her she brushes it 100 times everyday.

Then the girls talked with her about how they liked all her jewels and what their favourite colours were.  I think they may have asked after Aladdin as well.

In my opinion, it was certainly worth the wait, although you never know which princesses you will meet as they change out frequently, you aren't rushed in the time you get to spend with them which was really nice.

We managed to escape through the shop without lightening our wallets, and walked over to Tomorrowland terrace where we had arranged to meet the guys.  They were just getting there too, and had all had fun on Buzz again.  We grabbed some food and visited for a bit longer before Lisa and Bryan continued on with their day.

This is a picture of Kingston and Chasity with BB & CC - the Travelling Bears.  The bears come from Canada and they have been travelling around the U.S, and we got them just in time to go to Disneyland.
